We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and data-driven individual who will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing.

As part of our cross-functional team in Hamburg, you can immediately contribute your experience in the creation and management of user acquisition, retargeting campaigns, App Store optimization and paid marketing while helping to shape a new growth area for LITE Games.

Your mission…

  • You discover measures for our games to improve app ranking and downloads
  • Analyse and optimize keywords and product pages in the App Store
  • Developing campaign structures and leveraging social media platforms, ad networks or DSPs like Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, etc.
  • Work closely with Marketing Arts Team to support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs, thereby ensuring top performance
  • Lead the optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products and deliver performance at scale
  • Collaborate with tech team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Drive innovation on game and partner investments and find growth opportunities
  • Study international market trends and analyze competitors’ activities

Your backstory

  • You have strong problem solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Hands-on experience in working in metrics-based environments (experiences in gaming is a plus)
  • You have a deep understanding of successful social media campaigns
  • Experience – and hunger – to do strategic planning as well as day-to-day execution/optimization
  • Outstanding communication and client skills – both written and spoken in German and English – to work effectively with our partners
  • You are a strong team player with good negotiation skills in an international environment

QA Engineer (all genders)

As a member of our QA testing team, you are responsible for systematically testing and analyzing our entire game portfolio in various development cycles. During the testing process, you will work closely with the development teams and communicate your detailed findings on errors and game processes in a comprehensible manner.

Your mission…

  • You are the main point of contact regarding testing best practices and testing related matters for the team
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases for the games features, reporting and the required documentation
  • You test the functionality of the features being developed, existing features that are core game related and also the various tools that support the game (this includes manual and automated testing)
  • You coordinate and support the live game by reproducing and checking the tickets reported by players
  • You use the company bug tracking tool for accurate bug reporting and regression testing of the bug fixes
  • You provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the game and various testing methods

Your backstory

  • First experiences in the QA environment
  • You have a high interest in games in general and of mobile casual game in particular
  • Working knowledge of test management software and test automation frameworks
  • You have a very good eye for details and show a lot of accuracy and resilience
  • You have strong analytical skills and are a good problem solver
  • You have experience working with team members across in team structures consisting of members of different disciplines and you are a team player
  • Experience with JIRA or other similar bug and project management tools would be a plus
  • You are fluent in German and English and have strong written and verbal communication skills – other languages are a plus (espacially Polish)
