Your mission…

  • Lead the product development process from conception to release for new games.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, developers, and artist, to realize the game’s vision.
  • Plan and manage production schedule to meet goals and release dates.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with company standards for game development.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential in card games and incorporate into development.
  • Continuous performance monitoring of, player feedback and reviews to plan optimizations and updates.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotions to market the games.

Your backstory…

  • Relevant education in game design, game development, media management or comparable qualifications.
  • Experience in game production or project management, preferably in card games.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, especially with regard to trends and developments in the card game genre.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and effectively lead teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently progress complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in German and English.
  • Innovative spirit and passion for games as well as a drive for continuous improvement.

Game Designer (m/f/d)

About Us:

We are looking for a capable and passionate Game Designer to help us develop entertaining and crowd-pleasing mobile games.

As a Game Designer (m/f/d) at LITE Games you will inspire and work closely with product managers, developers, artists and other team stakeholders to create exciting new features and games.

Your mission…

  • You will be responsible for the core gameplay and making our existing portfolio of classic mobile games fun to play.
  • Evaluate, iterate and optimize game features and feature enhancements that drive user acquisition, retention and monetization to the highest quality standards.
  • Translate game vision into game mechanics.
  • Take ownership of key game systems from concept to final polish.
  • Develop a metrics-based approach to game design and learn from user data to work with the team to ensure excellent engagement, retention and monetization.

Your backstory…

  • Love and passion for a wide range of game genres.
  • A college degree in a relevant field (game design, math, psychology) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of basic design principles as well as player behavior and game motivation.
  • Excellent understanding of mobile casual game models, business models, and the different motivations that drive players to continue playing.
  • User-centric development, problem solving, results-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Continuous learning, constantly looking for opportunities to experiment, failing fast, optimizing workflows and fostering open communication.
  • Very good organizational skills and efficient time management.
  • Very good written and spoken English.

  • Experience in live operations and post-launch updates.

QA Game Tester (m/f/d)

As a member of our QA testing team, you will be responsible for systematically testing and analyzing our entire game portfolio in various development cycles. During the testing process you will work closely with the development teams and communicate your detailed findings on bugs and gameplay in an understandable way.

Your mission…

  • You are the main point of contact for the team regarding testing best practices and testing related matters.
  • You create and maintain test plans and test cases for game features, reporting and required documentation.
  • You will test the functionality of features under development, existing game-related features, and the various tools that support the game (this includes manual and automated testing).
  • You coordinate and support the live game by reproducing and verifying player reported tickets.
  • You will use the proprietary bug tracking tool for accurate bug reporting and regression testing of bug fixes.
  • You provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the game and the various testing methods.

Your backstory…

We are considering a junior or mid-level QA Specialist

  • You have a strong interest in games in general and mobile casual games in particular.
  • Good knowledge of test management software and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with JIRA or other similar bug and project management tools.
  • You have a very good eye for detail and excel in accuracy and resilience.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are a good problem solver.
  • You have experience working in teams consisting of members from different disciplines and are a team player.
  • You are fluent in English and have good written and verbal communication skills – other languages are an advantage.

Will be a plus…

  • Knowledge of Unity
  • Experience with various software development processes
  • Scripting/coding experience
  • Experience working in the games industry
